The monthly plan bills every month on the same date until you cancel. There are no free months and no seasonal pause, and we never pause or restart your billing for you. New members get 7 days free before the first charge (returning members are charged at checkout). You can pause any time from your account: billing stops, you keep access through the period you already paid for, and Resume restarts billing the day you press it, at $14.99.
PuckCast Edge is delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable, including for unused time after you cancel.
