Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information PuckCast (operated by OWSH Unlimited) collects, why, and what choices you have. By using PuckCast you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — when you create an account, your email address and authentication data, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Payment information — if you subscribe, billing is processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (subscription status, plan, the last four digits and card brand) but never store your full card number; Stripe handles it directly.
- Usage data — standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP, collected to operate and improve the Service.
- Communications — if you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and for support records.
2. How we use it
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to create and manage your account and subscription;
- to process payments and prevent fraud or abuse;
- to respond to your requests and send service-related messages; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors we rely on
We use a small set of third-party providers to run the Service. Each processes data only to provide their function:
- Supabase — authentication and database;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery;
- Google Analytics — usage measurement. Sets cookies and is loaded on every page;
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused usage measurement. Does not set cookies and does not collect personal data.
These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. We share only what is necessary for them to perform their service.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also load Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure usage, and Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these, email hello@puckcast.ai. You can also delete your account at any time; deleting your account removes your profile data and cancels any active subscription going forward.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, except where a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
PuckCast is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be communicated where required.
