Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how PuckCast Edge billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. Plans and pricing
PuckCast Edge is sold as one of two recurring subscriptions: the Season Pass, charged once a year on the date you join and renewed every 12 months, or a monthly plan that bills every month until you cancel. Current prices are listed on the PuckCast Edge page. The exact price, billing frequency, and renewal date are shown again at checkout before you enter payment information and before you are charged.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically so your access continues without interruption. By subscribing, you authorize PuckCast and Stripe to charge your payment method the plan price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We will disclose the amount and timing before each charge as required, and we will email you at least 30 days before any price increase. The amount and timing are also shown at checkout and in the email we send when you subscribe.
Season Pass: $99 a year, charged when you buy and renewed every 12 months on your purchase date. We email you 30 days before each renewal.
Monthly plan: $14.99 per month, charged by Stripe to the card you gave at checkout, every month on the same calendar date until you cancel. There are no free months, no seasonal pause and no automatic restart: we never pause or restart your billing for you. New members who have never subscribed get a 7-day free trial, at any time of year. Your card is saved at checkout, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and your first $14.99 charge is the day it ends; that date then becomes your monthly billing date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you have subscribed before, you are charged $14.99 at checkout. Pause: press Pause on your account. Billing stops right away and nothing is charged while you are paused. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then access stops until you resume; your account and settings are kept. You can pause an active plan, but not during the free trial and not while a payment is failing. Resume: press Resume on your account. If your paid period has not ended, billing simply carries on from your normal date and nothing extra is charged. If it has ended, we charge $14.99 to the card on file that day, access returns at once and monthly billing restarts from that date. If the card is declined nothing is charged and the plan stays paused. We never resume a paused plan for you.
The terms of each plan version are on the plan terms page, and the terms of your own plan are shown on your account.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, which link to the Stripe customer portal — no email or phone call required. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
4. Refunds
Because PuckCast Edge is a digital service delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time after a cancellation. That said, we want you to be satisfied — if you were charged in error, charged after canceling, or had a genuine problem accessing the Service, email hello@puckcast.ai and we will review your situation and issue a refund where warranted.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid access until payment succeeds. Persistent failure will downgrade the account to the free tier.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Changes to pricing or renewal terms will be communicated in advance as required by law.
