Plan terms by version
You keep the terms your plan was sold under. Your plan is shown on your account. These sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Monthly (2026 season terms)
A monthly plan that bills during the NHL season only: $14.99 per month, charged by Stripe to the card you gave at checkout.
Up to nine monthly charges in a full season. If you join before October 1, your card is saved at checkout and the first charge is October 1. If you joined during the season before October 11, 2026, you were charged immediately and then monthly on the same calendar date. From October 11, 2026, a new member who joins during the season gets a 7-day free trial: your card is saved at checkout, the first charge is on the day the trial ends, and you are not charged at all if you cancel before then. If you have subscribed before, you are charged immediately. Either way, later charges fall monthly on the same calendar date as the first.
Collection pauses before any July through September renewal at no charge while your access continues, then resumes October 1. We email you ten days before it resumes. Cancel before your next charge and you will not be charged again. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
It renews automatically each billing period (monthly in season) until you cancel. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal at the price shown when you subscribed. We email you at least 30 days before any price increase on a paid plan.
Cancel any time from your account settings, which open the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing hello@puckcast.ai. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and we do not charge you again.
PuckCast Edge is a digital service delivered right away, so payments are generally not refundable, including for a partly used period or unused time after you cancel. We make exceptions if you were charged in error, were charged after you cancelled, or had a genuine problem getting access to the Service. For those, email hello@puckcast.ai from your account email and we will review it and refund where warranted.

A monthly plan that bills monthly from October through June, then pauses July to September: $14.99 per month, charged by Stripe to the card you gave at checkout.
Up to nine monthly charges in a full season. If you join before October 1, your card is saved at checkout and the first charge is October 1. Monthly (simple terms)
$14.99 per month, charged by Stripe to the card you gave at checkout, every month on the same calendar date until you cancel. There are no free months, no seasonal pause and no automatic restart: we never pause or restart your billing for you.
New members who have never subscribed get a 7-day free trial, at any time of year. Your card is saved at checkout, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and your first $14.99 charge is the day it ends; that date then becomes your monthly billing date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you have subscribed before, you are charged $14.99 at checkout.
Pause: press Pause on your account. Billing stops right away and nothing is charged while you are paused. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then access stops until you resume; your account and settings are kept. You can pause an active plan, but not during the free trial and not while a payment is failing.
Resume: press Resume on your account. If your paid period has not ended, billing simply carries on from your normal date and nothing extra is charged. If it has ended, we charge $14.99 to the card on file that day, access returns at once and monthly billing restarts from that date. If the card is declined nothing is charged and the plan stays paused. We never resume a paused plan for you.
Cancel any time from your account, including while paused. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and a paused plan whose paid period has already ended ends at once. You are not charged again. We email you at least 30 days before any price increase on a paid plan.

Complimentary access
Complimentary PuckCast Edge access granted by PuckCast. No payment is taken and nothing renews. Access ends on the date shown on your account, if one is set.
